Given the media attention surrounding Harry Potter and Lord of The Rings, Medieval décor has become increasingly popular over the past few years. Everything from Dragons to Swords to Armor is now adorning homes across the globe. Even if you don’t buy into the mystical theme surrounding dungeons or dragons, you may still be quite infatuated with the Medieval look.
Medieval décor adds a magical and fantasy feel to your furnishing. Just imagine the feeling that you had when you were younger, each time you saw Camelot, or any move that included castles, dragons, damsels in distress. Now imagine your home or office filled with lovely remnants of your childhood fantasies. You don’t have to live in Camelot to feel like Medieval Royalty.

Stainless steel is a growing trend in kitchen décor. It’s clean and beautiful, and gives your kitchen an organized and sleek look and feel. But if you can’t afford to run out and buy all new appliances in stainless steel, you can still have the look and feel of a sleek kitchen. There are now “covers” for your appliances that look like stainless steel, but won’t cost you a fortune. You simply purchase a roll of the material, it’s sort of like wallpaper for your appliances, and you cover your refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, even your washer and dryer if they’re in your kitchen, and you have magically transformed your kitchen into the new age stainless look.

Your home’s bathroom will say a lot about who you are. Besides cleaning, the décor should express some of your personality and style. Redecorating a bathroom can be a fun and easy task, if you keep some key points in mind.
You should first choose a theme for your new bathroom. If it’s a child’s room, there are many child friendly products to choose from. But let’s assume that it’s a master bath, or even a guest or spare bathroom. You’ll want to choose a color scheme. If you don’t plan to completely remodel, meaning the floor and walls will remain the same, then be sure to base your color scheme on colors that are already included in the bath. For instance, if your walls have a blue border, then you’ll want to be sure and incorporate blue as one of your main color choices.
